How time flies... my ticker reads.... 8 days after Mildura Melbourne trip....

Yes, we are back....

Before I go into my long winded mode.... I just wanna regurgitate my post-trip experience of Melbourne Australia....

• EXPENSIVE shopping !!! Even after the 'marked down' prices in DFOs... (Direct Factory Outlets) Its not worth the value !!!
  
• Shopping : Boring, fashion and trend not relevant to Asia's style... Unless we want to wear high boots or thick jacket to office...
  
• Cost of living very high : Coffee A$3.00 (long black); S'pore kopi-o S$0.80
• Tram fares : A$3+ per trip....
• Typical Lunch at Collins St.... A$10-15 per meal...
• Besides Crown Casino in town, there's nothing much to offer....after 6pm...
  
• Things in Queen Victoria Mkt, after all its a market, don't suppose we need to buy fresh groceries or sausages.... Maybe bags of nuts or chocolates... But they are not cheap either...
• Outskirts like St Kilda is very interesting.... but not cheap...

With everything we see or spend, we multiply it by 1.3, that's what we have to pay in Sing $$$, one will feel the pinch....
