They MUST see clearly their vision, their direction... Help them see their roles and responsibilities...
Their Direction must be crystal clear...
They must anticipate the possible Dangers ahead...
Words alone is usless, only Deeds can bring results...
Only with good results, will one rejoice in Delight....
All those would just the tip of the ice berg of what I was receiving from my master, for almost 2 weeks now... a few hours everyday.
Its very 'mental'....
Got to be able to digest the stuff, stimulate trainees thoughts and 'provoke' them to see within...
I'm getting 300% of what I'm suppose to deliver....
Its simply mind boggling !!!!
Its very challenging and I'm taking it positively.... no matter how tiring I get....
